Rampurnagar, Tahasil Pusad and 5/59(20)/1960-61, Mouza Pardi, Tah. Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal and shall take chance before the Appellate Authority, accepting which statement, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No. 2 shall ensure that the order is made available within a reasonable period of time, whereupon the same shall be placed on record in the proceedings which may be filed by the petitioners.
