By this Contempt Petition, it is alleged by the petitioner that there is disobedience on the part of the respondents for non-compliance of the order of learned Additional Sessions Judge No.16, Nagpur dated 21.03.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No.54/2023.

After going through the record and hearing of the present petitioner, it is found that there is no deliberate and willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in the matter. All the allegations made in the present application are without any basis.

It is found that the petitioner failed to establish that there is willful disobedience on the part of respondents in the matter.

Hence, I do not find any merits in the present Contempt Petition. Hence, the same is dropped against

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
