Applicant Ghanshyamdas S/o of Gopaldasji Mohta, karta HUF has sought directions to official liquidator to convey consent to the the Nagpur Municipal Corporation for acquisition of part of the building i.e. Marble House for the purpose of widening of road to the extent of 25.7 sq. metrs. As Marble House is not required to be proceeded against, the prayer does not survive before this Court. Application is disposed of accordingly.
