Shri Moharir, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 states that in view of the interim orders already operating, the respondent no.2 is permitting petitioner to appear in the examination scheduled to commence from 04.05.2016.

This Court has already passed interim orders initially on 08.08.2013 and the same have been continued on 24.03.2014, while issuing Rule in the matter.

In view of the statement made by Shri Moharir, learned Counsel we find that the prayers made in the Civil Application do not survive. The same is disposed of. No costs.
