After hearing for some time and showing disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, Shri A.S. Mardikar, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However, he further seeks liberty to move a fresh application on receipt of the Forensic Science Report, as to the cell phone, seized clothes and blood samples.

He further makes a prayer to direct the State to take efforts to obtain the Forensic Science Report at the earliest, considering the age of the applicant and other co-accused. 3.

Permission to withdraw the application is granted with liberty as sought for.
