CIVIL APPLICATION (CAS) NO.422/2021 Issue fresh notice to respondent no.1 on the address given in the application. The notice is made returnable on 02/09/2021. She stays with her daughter. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAS) NO.423/2021 The appellants are permitted to file documents as described in the list.

Permission is granted, as the documents pertain to even that took place subsequent to the decree challenged. Copy be supplied to the respondents, once they will appear. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
