In the present petition, a prayer is made for issuance of a direction to the respondent/State of Maharashtra to release the grant-in-aid to the petitioner-Ashram School in accordance with the Government Resolutions dated 08.03.2019 and 06.02.2024.

Such grant-in-aid, as per the above-mentioned GRs, will be provided only if funds are available and the inspection report is positive, showing all required compliance. It is the case of the petitioner that, although the inspection report is in his favour, the fund could not be released, as the modalities for such release had not been finalized.

It is therefore prayed that if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondent/State, and the respondent/State is directed to decide the same within a time-bound manner, the purpose would be served. 5.
Considering the prayer made by the learned Senior Advocate, we are of the opinion that the petition can be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondent-State of Maharashtra for release of grant-in-aid to the petitioner-Ashram School. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
The petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation to the respondent/State of Maharashtra within eight weeks from today.

If such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to take a decision on the same within 10 weeks thereafter.

A decision, if any, shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of the decision. 10.
A liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, if such occasion arises.
