This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking stay of eviction proceedings for a further period of three months.

This Court by order dated 23.01.2019 dismissed the writ petition and confirmed the concurrent orders of eviction passed by the two Courts below against the petitioner. In the said order dated 23.01.2019 itself, the petitioner was granted three months time to vacate the suit property. In this application now moved on behalf of the petitioner, all that is stated is that it would be necessary to grant stay of dispossession of the petitioner for a further period of three months to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.

In view of the fact that while dismissing the writ petition by order dated 23.01.2019, this Court had already granted three months time to the petitioner, no

CAW1268-19.odt case is made out for any order to be passed in favour of the applicant/petitioner in the present application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
