Heard Shri Londhe, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Dubey, learned APP for the nonapplicant - State. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties for sometime, when the court expressed its mind, not to grant the present application, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

It may be mentioned here that the co-accused in the same crime - Vijay s/o Arun Sawad, who has more or less similar role in the commission of offence, has withdrawn earlier two applications and his third application was rejected on merits and today fourth application i.e. Criminal Application (BA) No. 834 of

0712ba715.20 2020, is also withdrawn by the co-accused after hearing for sometime.

In the circumstances, present Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
