Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the another application was already pending before the trial Court. As the trial Court has not decided the same, therefore the applicant approached this Court. During the pendency of this application, the trial Court has disposed of the application and rejected the same, therefore, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh application raising additional grounds.
