The petitioners are teaching and non-teaching employees of the Vasant Wankhede Vidyalaya, Lohgaon. 2.

Challenge in the petition is to a communication dated 31.01.2019 and notice dated 12.02.2019 purportedly issued by respondent 3 Mr. Ghanshyam Chondke purporting to inform the petitioners that in view of the reduction of the strength of the students, the school shall be closed from end of the academic session 2018-19.

It is common ground that the said notice is not acted upon and the school is still functional. 4.

The learned counsel Mr. V. K. Paliwal for respondent 3 states that if at all the management contemplates closure, action shall be initiated in accordance with law.

It is clear that the notice impugned has worked itself out and nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
