APRIL 27, 2018 As these applications are arising out of same crime, the same are being heard together and decide by this common order.
Heard Shri Deshpande learned counsel for the applicant and Shri A.V.Palshikar, learned APP for the State. Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary.
Except for the allegation that the applicants were present at the scene of crime, there is no other allegation made against these applicants, in particular, there is no allegation that any of these applicants committed any overtact.
In view of above, I am inclined to grant all these applications and they are allowed accordingly. Ad-
ABA278.18 & 2 ors interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 20.04.2018 in ABA No.278/2018 and on 23.04.2018 in ABA Nos. 279 and 280/2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with clarification that after the period of attendance is over, the applicants need not attend the police station except when they are called upon to do so, by the Investigating Officer.
The application stands disposed of.
