The challenge in this petition is to the order of transfer of the petitioner dated April 04, 2018.

This Court on April 23, 2018 passed an ad interim order, thereby protecting the petitioner. Thereafter, this Court on November 21, 2024 has passed a detailed order.

It appears that pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner has continued till this date on the post which was occupied by him before issuance of the transfer order.

In this background, when confronted, the learned counsel for the respondent-Zilla Parishad states that if the vacancy is available, the claim of the petitioner for accommodating him in the School of Zilla Parishad, Akola shall be considered in accordance with law in a particular category. Said statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent-Zilla Parishad, Akola, the petition stands disposed of.

Till such order of accommodation of the petitioner in the School of Zilla Parishad, Akola is passed, the impugned order of transfer of the petitioner shall remain in abeyance.
