By this application, the applicant/wife seeks transfer of matrimonial proceedings pending before learned Judge of Family Court No.4 at Pune to learned Judge of the Family Court at Yavatmal.

Considering the dispute between the parties is of matrimonial in nature, the matter was referred to learned Mediator for mediation. Both the parties appeared before learned Mediator and during the mediation they arrived at a settlement. Accordingly, learned Mediator submitted on record the terms of settlement, between the parties, dated 10.4.2023. 3.

As per the terms of settlement, both the parties have decided to obtain divorce by way of mutual consent. 4.

The said terms of settlement are marked as Exhibit "A" for the purposes of identification.

I have personally interacted with the applicant/wife and the non-applicant/husband. They have accepted the terms and settlement arrived at between them during the mediation. 6.

In view of the settlement, the application stands disposed of.
