Land owners who are respondents in the First Appeal seek condonation of delay of 76 days in filing Cross-objection. The Cross-objection has been filed on 07.05.2015, while the First Appeal came to be admitted by this Court on 09.12.2014.

Order 1711cao1772.15 for the acquiring body does not seriously dispute the reasons given in the application. We also do not see any malafides on the part of the applicants/cross objectors. Hence, delay is condoned. Office to register cross objection. Civil Application is, accordingly allowed and disposed of.
