Civil Application No. 924 of 2016 Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the application for restoration of the writ petition. The cause of delay is mentioned in para 3 of the application. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the nonapplicants. In the facts of the case, the delay in seeking restoration of the writ petition is condoned. The Civil application is allowed and disposed of.

Perused the application and heard the learned counsel. Subject to the applicant paying costs of Rs. 1000/- to each of the respondents within a period of three weeks from today and placing receipt in that regard on record, the writ petition stands restored by recalling the order dated 20.01.2014. The interim order granted on 4th March, 2004 shall continue to operate during pendency of the writ petition.
Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
