He further seeks time to file reply. Similar request is made by Shri Dharmadhikari, learned counsel for the respondent no.9. Accordingly, the matter be placed on 7th May, 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner may address on the preliminary objection raised by the learned Government Pleader on next date.
