By this application the original respondent seeks permission to receive the passport of minor child for the purposes of renewing the same.

During the course of hearing it has transpired that the respondent would be leaving India on 25.08.2021. In this backdrop it would be in the interest of justice if the original appellant is directed to take necessary steps to have the passport renewed. The Registrar (Judicial) shall hand over the passport to the appellant who shall take all necessary steps to have it renewed. After such renewal the passport shall again be deposited with the Registry of this Court. The same be done as expeditiously as possible.

The civil application is disposed of.
