By this application, the applicants are seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 595/2023.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that now the purpose of attending the concerned police station is over, as the investigation is already completed and charge-sheet is likely to be filed.

Learned APP though strongly objected the application but submitted that as far as the attendance is concerned, the applicants have attended the concerned police station and charge-sheet is likely to be filed. 4.

In the light of the above submission, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:

8appp771.2024.odt a) The condition imposed that the applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall co-operate with the investigating agency, is hereby cancelled.

b) The Criminal Application (APPP) No. 771/2024 is disposed of.
