DATE : 06.10.2015.

Shri Khamborkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner would approach the Civil Court, as some disputed questions of facts arise for determination in this writ petition. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. It is, however, prayed that the interim order may be continued for a period of fifteen days.

On the request made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.

We continue the interim relief for a period of two weeks only. It is, however, made clear that we have not decided the matter on the grant of interim relief after hearing of the parties concerned on 13/08/2015 and hence, the trial Court should not be influenced by the grant of the interim order on 13/08/2015. Order accordingly.
