This application was filed for quashing of the First Information Report relating to Crime No.9/2018 registered with Sadar Police Station, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 354-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Initially, by way of interim order dated 27.04.2018, direction was issued not to file chargesheet. Thereafter, Rule was issued on 8.12.2020. On last date i.e. 8.6.2023, the applicant was directed to argue the matter on next date without fail. In the situation, today also, the applicant is absent. 4.

In view of above, application stands disposed for want of prosecution.
