In view of aforesaid, since the prayer made in the petition is to direct respondent No.3 to decide the claim of the petitioner as per representation dated 12-4-2023, the purpose for filing the same is satisfied. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of the said representation, it is free to challenge the same if advised.
