By this application, Returning Officer-Collector has prayed that he be granted permission to release EVM and VVPAT machines so that they can be used in other elections. Shri Pramod N. Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Shri S.Z.Quazi, learned Advocate for the respondent have no objection for granting the prayer made in the Civil Application.

2 EP02.19 The permission as sought by the Returning Officer-Collector to release the EVM and VVPAT machines so that they can be used in other elections, is granted. The Civil Application(Exh.11) is allowed accordingly.
