Heard Shri D.V.Chauhan, advocate for the petitioners and Shri Shyam Dewani, advocate for the respondent No.1. The learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps as per paragraph 30 of the impugned order. He further prays that the interim order granted by this Court on 19th November, 2014, may be continued for four weeks to enable the petitioners to take appropriate steps in the matter. The learned advocate for the respondent No.1 has not opposed the request made on behalf of the petitioners. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The interim order granted by this Court on 19th November, 2014, shall continue for four weeks. CAW NO.2448/2015.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the application praying for grant of early hearing is rendered infructuous. It is disposed of as such.
