This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 87 days in filing the appeal against judgment and order dated 21.11.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli in Sessions Case No.60/2021.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant is in jail. Hence he could not collect the papers in time nor could he give instructions to the relatives and the advocate in time. He has limitations of movement.

In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, it is allowed. Delay is condoned. The application is disposed of.
