VASANTI A. NAIK AND C.V. BHADANG, JJ.

DATE : 08.06.2015 None appears for the appellant. None had appeared on behalf of the appellant on the two earlier dates of hearing. It appears that by this appeal the appellant has challenged the judgment directing the appellant to pay a sum of Rs.500/- per month to the respondent towards maintenance. It appears from the order-sheet that this Court had not granted any interim relief in favour of the appellant. It is most likely that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal as the amount directed to be paid by the appellant towards maintenance is very trifle. Hence, the family court appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
