2] This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellants.

3] On due consideration, the application is allowed. The legal representatives of the respondent are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing usual undertaking, and 25% of the amount deposited on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). That remaining 25% of the amount deposited shall be kept in the fixed deposit till disposal of the appeal. 4] Civil Application stands disposed of.
