The applicant was protected by an order directing continuation of interim order as the applicant wanted to move the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order of rejection of application under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The applicant is in process of filing special leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. In view thereof, interim order shall continue to be in force for a period of two weeks with the conditions already imposed by this Court.

The present application stands disposed of.
