They seek to rely upon valuation report that has been prepared by the SubRegistrar in which the right of the petitioners to receive additional compensation has been recognised.

Since the writ petition is yet to be admitted, the amendment as prayed for is granted. The same be carried out within a period of one week from today. The civil application is disposed of.
