Mr. Bhattad, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in this writ petition although notice was issued for final disposal, inadvertently documents pertaining to some other suit have been annexed with the petition. On this ground, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the same impugned order so as to place on record the relevant documents.

In the light of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition to challenge the impugned order.
