The applicant is apprehending to be arrested in connection with Crime No.11/2020 registered with Khamgaon Police Station, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The State has resisted the bail by filing reply-affidavit.

At the instance of a report lodged by the Circle Officer on 08.01.2020, a crime came to be

registered. It is the main allegation that the Talathi Rajesh Chopde has manipulated government records and fraudulently mutated names of various persons in the land record. The main accusedTalathi came to be arrested and after facing custodial interrogation is released on bail. Name of the applicant is neither mentioned in the first information report nor in the charge sheet.

In reply affidavit, it has been stated that the applicant was a Computer Operator privately engaged by the main accused - Talathi for doing typing work. No other material is pointed out against the applicant. It is also pointed out that some other persons against whom there was no material were already protected by this Court. 5.

Having regard to the allegations leveled against the applicant, he is entitled to pre-arrest protection which was already granted by this Court during the pendency of this application. In view of above, following order is passed.

(i) Criminal Application is allowed and

disposed of.

(ii) The interim order granted by this Court on 29.05.2020 is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions imposed therein.
