Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

This is a petition challenging the order made by the Govt. declining permission to prosecute the then Naib Tahsildar - Shri Ram Arun Lanke, respondent no.4. We have perused the complaint made by the petitioner. Perusal of the entire complaint shows that the petitioner has a grievance about the conduct of proceedings before Tahsidlar, which proceedings were ultimately decided and an adverse order to the interest of the petitioner was passed by the Naib Tahsildar.

Thereafter, petitioner filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority and learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the appeal was partly allowed. We, therefore, find that the decision taken by the Govt. not to grant sanction to the petitioner is legal, correct and proper. No interference is required. We find no merit in the Writ Petition. Criminal Writ Petition No. 414 of 2014 is, therefore, dismissed.
