DATED : 22-12-2020 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 553/2019 registered with Khan Police Station, Akola for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 336, 307, 324, 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Vide order dated 30-4-2020 the applicant was granted interim pre-arrest protection. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has not attended the police station. Rather, a fair statement is made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Nitin Rode that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed even qua the applicant.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 30-4-2020 is made absolute.
