The present appeal is preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order of sentence passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Special Criminal Case No.8/2002 by which the appellant is convicted. During pendency of the appeal, the appellant reported to be dead on 18.01.2023. The application is supported by the death certificate issued by the Registrar (Birth and Death), Municipality, Warora, District Chandrapur. As the appellant is reported to be dead, the appeal is abated. Hence, appeal is disposed of.
