DATED : NOVEMBER 22, 2019 These are the applications filed for permission to bring on record legal representatives of the petitioner, who died on 08/02/2017, during pendency of the present writ petition along with application for permission to bring on record legal representatives, the application for condonation of delay of 48 days is filed and application for setting aside abatement. Since in the present proceeding, this Court is concerned with the writ petition, there is no question of setting aside of abatement. Hence, Civil Application No.1044/2017, is disposed of with the observation that no orders are necessary.

Civil Application (CAW) No.1045 of 2017 & Civil Application (CAW) No.1046 of 2017.

For the reasons stated in the applications, delay is condoned and applicants, who are the legal

Consequently, amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
