1. Heard.

2. The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Subordinate Authority rejecting his claim for grant of emergency parole. According to the petitioner, his brother died on 28th October, 2018, the petitioner applied for emergency parole on 5th November, 2018. This application was rejected by the Superintendent of Prisons by order dated 15th November, 2018.

3. The petitioner had again applied for parole leave on 10th November, 2018. Again the request of petitioner was rejected by order dated 12th March, 2019.

4. After examining the facts of the case, we find that the reason for seeking parole leave does

2 wp362.19.odt not survive now. The petitioner has not pointed out any fresh cause for seeking emergency parole.

5. Considering the facts of the case, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
