CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND PRASANNA B. VARALE, JJ.
DATED : JULY 13, 2015.
Heard.
The learned counsel for the parties state that the issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition No.7106/2013 and the Aurangabad Bench of this Court, has by the judgment, dated 9.5.2014 partly allowed the writ petition and issued certain directions to the State Government. The learned counsel fairly states that the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed, if similar direction as issued, by clause (iii) of the operative order of the judgment dated 9.5.2014 in Writ Petition No.7106/2013, is issued in this case also. Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners stands granted by the judgment, dated 9.5.2014 in Writ Petition No.7106/2013, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the State Government to give due weightage to the experience gained by the petitioners, as also the requisite qualification, while making fresh appointment. Order accordingly. No costs.
