This Civil Application complains about the conversion of the playground for parking and other allied activities. The paver blocks were laid in the playground in the Priyadarshini Colony Behind RTO in the city of Nagpur and this created an apprehension in the mind of the residents of the area regarding change of user. 2] Shri Puranik, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 - Municipal Corporation has invited our attention to the affidavit dated 14.06.2019, in which a statement is made that paver blocks are laid at the instance of the residents of the locality and there is no question of change of user and the entire area shall continue to be used as a playground.
