Shri S.C. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions makes a statement that grievance of the petitioner in the contempt petition has been redressed.

By order dated 17.02.2021 in Writ Petition No.956 of 2021 this Court directed the respondents to take a decision as to whether the petitioner is entitled for pension as applicable to her and if the petitioner is entitled, necessary payments be made within a period of eight weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petitioner for adjudication and hence disposed of. No order as to costs.
