Perused Pursis Stamp No.1 of 2021, dated 30/07/2021, wherein it is stated that the appellants as well as respondents have settled their dispute amicably in Regular Darkhast No.175 of 2012 before the learned Executing Court and therefore, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

The Second Appeal is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Court fee be refunded back to the appellants as per law.
