This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application (APPA) No.26/2018 dismissed for want of prosecution.

Heard Shri Majithia, the learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Devendra R. Galande, the learned counsel for the non-applicant No.1 Smt. Kamlabai Angalwar and non-applicant No.2 Mukesh Angalwar is reported to be dead.

The application is vehemently opposed by learned counsel Shri Galande. However, after perusing the contents of the application and after hearing the parties to the application, in my view, one chance can be given to the applicant. Hence, the present application for restoration is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within a period of ten days from today. Since the matter is dismissed for want of
