Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that other accused persons have been granted regular bail. Present application is one for anticipatory bail. Perused the FIR. On perusal of the FIR, it is clearly seen that there was an unlawful assembly of which the applicants were the members and all of them assaulted the victim repeatedly with weapons. Applicants may be entitled to grant of regular bail, but they are not entitled to grant of anticipatory bail. Hence
the following order:- Criminal Application No. 242 of 2015 is rejected. Liberty to apply for regular bail.
