Perused the reply of the prosecution and the F.I.R.

It is not in dispute that this accused is similarly situated with co-accused Zuber Beg, who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Therefore, on the ground of parity, this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. The interim bail granted to the applicant on 23rd April, 2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the clarification that after the period of attendance is over, the applicant need not to attend the concerned Police Station except he is called upon to do so by the Investigating OfÏcer.

The application is disposed of.
