DATE : 19/08/2022 The impugned order dated 30.10.2020 (page 125) passed in Case no. 1/SLC/2020 by the Regional Officer, Integrated Regional Office, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Nagpur, was also the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No. 3518/2020, and has been quashed and set aside by this Court by the judgment dated 6.5.2022, as a result of which, the challenge in the present petition does not survive. The petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous.

It is made clear that in case the petitioner wants to be heard before the aforesaid authority, it would be open for the petitioner to file an appropriate application to get himself impleaded in Case No. 1/SLC/ 2020. No costs.
