Heard.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 115/2017 registered at Police Station, Talodi for offence punishable under section 420 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations are primarily against one Ajay Gawad who is said to have induced informant to part with a substantial amount promising job for his son. The limited role attributed to the applicant is that he introduced the said Ajay Gawad to the informant. There is no material on record to suggest that the applicant has benefited monetarily.

In light of the accusations and the material on

aba284of18.odt 2 record, I am inclined to allow the application. The interim order dated 24.4.2018 is confirmed. The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station twice in a month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet.
