We have perused the notice dated 27th June, 2023 issued by respondent no.1-Gram Panchayat.

The fact remains that the person to whom such notice is issued, is not impleaded as party respondent.

In the aforesaid background, this Court is of the view that no directions can be issued in the matter.

However, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach the Gram Panchayat, if not, Tahsildar or such other Competent Authority which can be recognised under the Village Panchayat Act.

Petition stands disposed of.
