After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and perusal of the evidence on record, it reveals that the appellant, who is the uncle of the victim, subjected her for forceful sexual assault, which resulted in her pregnancy. Considering the evidence on record, I have shown my disinclination to suspend the sentence.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks not press the said application.

Permission is granted to not press the application. The criminal application (APPA) No. 462 of 2024 is disposed of as not pressed.
