The learned counsel for the parties state that challenge to the Government Resolution dated 10-42015 was raised in several writ petitions and the present writ petition was one of them. It is stated that though this writ petition was tagged along with other writ petitions that are decided, mistakenly, the same is not mentioned in the judgment dated 7-8-2015. It is stated that similar order, as the one passed in other writ petitions bearing Writ Petition No. 2914/2015 and others should be passed in this case also.

Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 7-8-2015, we dispose of this writ petition on similar terms.

Order accordingly. No costs.
