On verification, it is found that, the same are identified by their advocates. The compromise is taken on record and marked as 'X1'. In view of compromise X1, the appeal deserved to be allowed.

As per submission of learned advocates for both sides, the judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.17 of 2003 dated 18.10.2011 is set aside. 5.

The proceedings pending before the concerned Revenue Authority is also dropped. Appellants to inform this order to the concerned Revenue Authority. 6.

In view of compromise terms, the appeal is disposed.
