By order dated 09.02.2023, the appellant - Insurance Company was directed to deposit the remaining 25% of the amount alongwith interest thereon.

Learned Advocate Mr Paunikar for appellant submitted that he had already deposited the cheque of the amount, but due to some technical difficulties, it was not realized. Now, the cheque is ready with him and he will deposit the same within one week. 3.
